So here is some of our basic pricing models.
Beef =
100lbs/250lbs/400+lbs =
$1000/$2000/ $3500
These are the closest approximations for a baseline figure. We can work with these or talk about more absolute numbers if you prefer.
Lambs =
$300 This is the whole of the lamb. I aim for them to weigh at least 100lbs and they should give roughly 40lbs of meat or more.
Dairy =
$10 a gallon raw milk (for pet use per regulations)
$10 lb raw butter
We offer a freezer space to hold your meat. This comes with a small fee but it is in our space. We will work out Pick up or Delivery times for your meat over a 6month period at your convenience.
